When I was a kid I wanted to be a professional bass fisherman. I dreamed of winning the Bassmaster Classic and fishing for a living. However, I didn’t have a boat… nor could I see the pathway to make that dream a reality. My life went in a different direction. This summer I have the privileged of of boat captaining my nephew while trying to place well enough at the state high school championship to win one of those scholarships.
